Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Delong Road Tract (Listing #4799) described as Part of E of SE, NW of SE, Section 20, Township 7 South, Range 18 West, containing a total of 116 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas (see attached maps). The tract is located about six (6) miles east of Arkadelphia and five (5) miles east of the Ouachita River Arkadelphia boat ramp. Access is over one-half-mile of frontage on gravel Delong Road. Powerline runs through property. Terrain is flat to gently rolling with two (2) small creeks and a small pond. Merchantable timber consists of 36 acres of native pine established in 2006, and 51 acres of native, mature hardwood and pine in bottomland. Balance of acreage is old field, powerline, and road right-of-way. Electricity and rural water available at county road. Pine site index averages ninety (90) feet (base age 50) on fine sandy and silt loam soils. Excellent deer, turkey, and squirrel hunting opportunities.

Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of 87 acres of merchantable timber (seven cruise lines running east and west) in March, 2020. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:

Based on our estimates, pine sawtimber averages 18.8 DBH and 382 BF / Tree.
