Tract Description: Access is via woods road across adjoining timberland from Center Grove Church Road. A branch of Pruitt Creek flows through western part of tract. Merchantable timber consists of mature pine and hardwood. Site index for loblolly pine averages eighty-two (82) feet (base age 50) on silty clay and fine sandy loam soils. Property offers immediate timber income potential as well as recreational opportunities.
