Pine Chip n' Saw: 97 Trees; 4,184 BF; 45 Tons
Pine Pulpwood: 4,869 Trees; 1,237 Tons
Hardwood Pulpwood: 2,583 Trees; 488 Tons

Driving Directions: From Ouachita River Bridge, at Arkadelphia, on Highway 51, drive east 5.2 miles to Joan store. From store, turn northeast on Mt. Moriah Road and drive northeast .9 mile. Turn right (south) on Benny Road. Drive .3 mile and the road will turn into unimproved road. Continue southeasterly on unimproved road .5 mile to west line of tract, marked with orange/red blazes, and "Land For Sale" sign.
