Tract Description: Land to be sold is described as the E of NE of NE, Section 11, Township 11 South, Range 19 West, containing 20 acres, more or less, Clark County, AR (see attached maps). The tract is located about twelve miles southeast of Gurdon, and seven miles east of Whelen Springs. Access is via woods roads from gravel East Whelen Road. Access road gate can be opened with temporary 5-7-5-7 combination. Soils consist of fine sandy loams and silt loam with site index for loblolly pine averaging 90 feet on fifty year base. Timber consists of large diameter mature pine (average 226 BF / tree) and hardwood timber (red oak average 236 BF / tree). The tract offers excellent timberland, hunting and recreational opportunities.

Merchantable Timber: Kingwood Forestry Services conducted a fixed 1/10th acre plot cruise (one plot / acre) with two cruise lines running North and South. Based on the inventory conducted by Kingwood Forestry in March, 2011, tree counts and volumes are estimated as follows (20 acres):
