Richbourg Tract

The Richbourgh tract is in an excellent location for hunting and outdoor recreation. The tract is all wooded and has some merchantable pine timber, as well as some natural pine and hardwood regeneration. The tract is located near I-95 and Summerton and Lake Marion. From Summerton, travel on Hwy. 301 South to the crossroads community of St. Paul. Turn right onto Liberty Hill Church Road. Go approximately 3 miles and turn Left on Old River Road, just past Liberty Hill AME Church. Turn right on the next unpaved road and the tract is approximately 200 yards on the left. There is a For Sale sign on the tract.
