The cabin has two furnaces one is propane the other is a wood burning furnace. The current owner used less than $300 in propane this past winter by using the wood furnace. Both furnaces are located in a dry easily accessible basement. The cabin currently has two bedrooms one on the main floor and one upstairs, however, there is room for another bedroom upstairs that is used for an office. The property is surrounded by all private land so the orange army will not be a factor and the deer will be allowed to age and mature if managed correctly.
