Sugar Creek Hunting and Timber Tract
This property was cleared 20 to 25 years ago and not replanted. There is an old stand of hardwoods and some pine with a beaver pond located on the NE corner. The typography is unique because of the high ridge in the back part that would be a beautiful home location. Walking the property there was numerous deer signs. (Tracks, scraps and fresh rubs. see pics) The property is limited due to there isn't a proper access.
Directions
From Interstate Hwy 20 take the Hwy 151 North exit and take a immediate left on to Gap Farms Road. Gap Farms Road ends in one mile. Take a right onto Hwy 519 North. Stay on Hwy 519 for appox 3.25 miles to Sugar Creek Road. Take a right onto Sugar Creek Road and in 1 3/4 mile take a right onto Elgie Lane. Follow to the end and the property is on the right approx 200 yards off the road.
