Togo is one of those special places that God created. Togo contains 9.8 miles of Mississippi River frontage and 2.7 miles of Big Black River frontage just 30 minutes south of Vicksburg and 9 miles west of U.S. Highway 61. The all-weather access road from Highway 61 is maintained on a regular basis year-round. Togo Island which consist of 7200 +/- contiguous acres has long been called “deer paradise” but it offers so much more. Such as turkey hunting, duck hunting and small game. Togo also offers great fishing year- round with the lakes, ditches, and backwater. Togo has a management program in place to manage our deer herd. We have 78 food plots in place that make up about 125 acres. We are also planting about 225 acres of soy beans for the wildlife.
