The Chestnut Creek tract has it all. An excellent tract for recreation and wildlife with a diverse mix of timber. Rolling topography makes for scenic views of the surrounding area. Only 8.5 miles to Peach Park and Interstate 65. Chestnut Creek touches the southeast corner of the tract but a perennial tributary to Chestnut Creek flows through the center of the property, providing year around water and beautiful hardwood bottoms along the drainage.

There are three different age classes of loblolly pine plantation to provide future timber income. Access to the northeast corner is from county road 520. Access to the northwest corner is along a shared private access road.
