This oasis is supplied by an electric water well that is on an electric timer for a continuous water supply that is a great draw for animals in the area. An additional wet weather pond is in the Southwest corner of the property. It is not uncommon to see 50+ deer on cold afternoons traveling through this property and heading to the large wheat field that borders it on the East. Many deer also bed on this property in the winter months to
stay close to this food source. This past season a 10-point scoring 154 was killed with a bow. Two county roads on the East and South side provide easy access to the property. Barbed wire fencing is in good condition with a pipe cattle guard entrance located on County Road 25.
