The property is located on CR 165 approx 1.7 miles North of Hwy 8 in southern Chickasaw County. From Houston, MS go 6.5 miles on Hwy 8 to CR 168 on left; turn onto CR 168 and go one mile to CR 166; turn left and go 500 feet to CR 165; turn right and go 0.5 mile to the property on left. From the intersection of Hwy 8 and Hwy 45-Alt, go 10 miles West on Hwy 8 to CR 168. The property can also be accessed from CR 406. From the property on CR165, go North 1.5 miles to CR 406; turn right and go 1.1 miles to an access road on right.
