The live auction will be held on June 2, 2022, at 10:00 AM (MST), at the Country Inn and Suites, 664 Chase Boulevard, Sidney, Nebraska, 69152. Online bidding will begin on Monday, May 23, 2022, at 8:00 AM (MST) and will close at the end of the live event.
New to the market dryland tracts located in Southeast Cheyenne, Southwest and Northeast Deuel Counties. This productive dryland farm has been under farm management over the past ten years. Most of the ground has Type II and III soils throughout the farms with history of average to above average yields. Bid on one or multiple tracts to start a new farm or add to your existing operation. Most of the farms have good county road access with close proximity to Lodgepole and Chappell, Nebraska. Any minerals owned will be sold with the surface.
