Johnson Tract

Johnson Tract is located outside the towns of Chesterfield and Cheraw, midway between Highway 151 and Hwy 601. There is over .4 miles of frontage on both sides of Evans Mill Road.

The tract is a mixture of premerchantable and merchantable pine along with bottomland hardwood. This combined with almost a mile along Bear Creek provides great habitat diversity for the wildlife present. The pines provides the opportunity for near term and future cash flow.
