The property is accessed by a short, formerly county-maintained drive to Shannon Rd. The community of Blackstock is less than 2 miles to the west. From there, another 15-minute drive will take you to downtown Chester. Interstate 77 is less than 10 minutes away, making Columbia and Charlotte each just an hour’s drive.
