Located in Chester County SC around five miles from I-77 and 9.5 miles southeast of the town of Chester. PG1253 is 143.8 total acres. Little Rocky Creek runs through the south side of the tract. The tract has 90 acres of well stocked 2-year-old planted loblolly pine stand. The balance of the tract is mainly mature hardwood in little rocky creek, adding some habitat diversity for deer, turkeys, and small game. The tract has no historical deeded legal access that I have been able to find. It is currently accessed through neighboring landowners by permission only. It is under an hour from downtown Charlotte NC (53 Miles) and downtown Columbia SC (53 Miles).
