BORDERS NECHES RIVER REFUGE

Located at the end of County Road 1906, the property shares boundaries with the Neches River Refuge, and is only 1/4mi from over 1,000 Acres of U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services Conservation Land. Due to the large amount of wildlife sanctuary acreage around the property, the deer and duck hunting is absolutely first class. A boat ramp could easily be installed to provide access to the entire Neches River. Large catfish and alligator gar are routinely caught from this remote section of the Neches River.

Also, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services' Twin Lakes (150 Acres) is only 700ft from this property (habitat and refuge for waterfowl). The deer and duck hunting on this property truly cannot be understated.
