Sanctuary Lakes

Sanctuary Lakes is a 50+/- acre recreational site off River Road on Johns Island. Picturesque setting overlooking a 7-acre lake with mature live oaks and pasture. Extensive site work has been completed on this old farm land to convert it for equestrian use. Site work includes surveying, engineering for site and buildings, road work, storm drainage, fencing, running power to site, grading and elevating pad sites for the improvements. Improvements include two (2) 13,000 square foot (65x200) covered steel structures for a large riding arena and barn and several paddocks. As an alternative to the intended use as a riding arena and stables, the structures can also be finished or up-fitted for various uses such as a higher elevation storage, farm outbuildings or even a lakeside event venue.
