Bring the Camper, Tents or RV and be prepared to enjoy the outdoors. Here you have a great find, near Buena Vista Colorado World Class White Water Rafting country, over 40 acres of Placer Claim legally filed with the Federal Government and

County Recorder, on the Middle Cottonwood Creek.

This is not a common find in the area. This is a great area to pan in the water for Gold and other minerals and do some fishing while you are in the area. There are really nice wash areas and areas on the creek to work. The creek has great

washes coming down from the mountain where Quartz is being washed. There are flat areas to camp, and you are not far from town. This a great way to spend your time in the outdoors. This is not for making a residence nor homesteading.
