This secluded 20 +/ acre tract has a mixed pinehardwood timber type, with the majority of the sawtimber sized pine being found on the ridge tops. The hardwoods are a mix of sawtimber and pulpwood sized timber. The common species found on the tract include loblolly and some shortleaf pine; hardwood species include red oak, white oak, post oak, yellow poplar, and sweetgum.

The tract is surrounded on three sides by the J. C. Sonny Gilbert, formerly known as the Sicily Island Hills WMA, which would make this an ideal recreational property. The tract supports whitetail deer, wild turkey, and small game species. The WMA offers an additional 7,524 acres of public hunting opportunities.

Access: There is no apparent or know legal access. But the tract can be accessed from an ATV trail through the adjoining WMA.
