The framework and roof are all metal and all the wood decking is treated and the floats are foam enclosed by plastic. There is water and electricity to the dock and a fish cleaning station also. One of the slips is wide enough for a party barge and the dock has a water slide and diving board and ladders in place to climb back up. The sellers have made several brush piles under the dock and have done extremely well on white perch fishing off of the dock. Large metal pipes drove into the lake bed let the dock float up and down with water level.
