The sprinkler is an early 1980s model Valley 4171 nozzled for 230 GPM according to the owner and is equipped with mid-height drops and standard size tires (11.2 x 24 tires). The sprinkler and all four wells are connected with PVC underground pipeline set up by the owner with smart phone control by Hot Shot.
Two of the dryland corners are mixed grasses. Two corners (SW and NE) are under a CRP contract set to expire in 2022.
