Very productive, irrigated farm with good water in Castro County. This farm is a small quarter of a section: only 138.1 acres, with 105 acres irrigated, and the 2 west corners are in CRP. There is a Zimmatic Sprinkler with big tires, which is nozzled for 750 gpm. There are 2 wells: the west well is an electric 75 HP with new bowls; the well by the pivot is an electric 50 HP. The pressure at the pivot is set up for 21 lbs of pressure, but it actually runs 25-27 lbs. The property also includes a quonset barn. It's currently planted in corn, and the crop doesn't convey with the land, although arrangements might be possible to buy crop from the current tenant.
