Location/Access: The Flynt Farm is located on the west-central side of Castro County, being approximately 10.5 miles west of Dimmitt, Texas. Access is considered to be very good, being by State Highway 86 which adjoins the south side of the property.

A tailwater pit is located in the southeast corner of the farm which is also occasionally used for additional supplemental irrigation.
