Kimball Tract
This tract boasts 80 acres of native
hardwood (predominantly oak) along
with two natural duck holes. (One is
shown in the picture above. See our
website for the other.) There is a 2007
age plantation and a recent clearcut
that is in the process of being
replanted. The property is located 4
miles south of Marietta on County
Road 2624. Gated access keeps this
tract secluded for the deer and duck
hunters. Native hardwood species
provide excellent mast production.

Driving directions from the interection of Hwy
77 and FM 250 just north of Marietta: Drive
south on FM 250 for 4.3 miles then turn left/east
onto Co Rd 2620, then 0.3 miles to Co Rd 2624
and stay straight/south on Co Rd 2624 for 1.3
miles to the gate on the right/south side of the
road.
