Here’s a great small farm in the Southcentral part of the state and well known big buck-producing counties. Enter off a county road and travel past the bottom pastures along the creek and up to a plateau with gorgeous views. Here, you will find a small starter home, barn, and four-stall run-in shed. There are separate fenced pastures for the horse enthusiast or to run a few heads of cattle. A good trail travels up the long valley on the north end. Hillsides are textured and with a total elevation change over the entire property of roughly 300 feet. A wildlife sign was noted throughout the property. There are also several great locations for food plots to draw in some of those big whitetails the region is known for. This property has a little bit of just about everything you would want. If this sounds like something you are looking for, give me a call, and let's go check it out.
