The Conway Grain Facility is located right in the heart of Conway, TX, less than one mile south of I-40. The facility is situated approximately 9 miles south of Panhandle, TX, and only 8 miles north of Claude, TX. The property includes two concrete grain elevators and two metal grain bins, providing a combined grain storage capacity of 1,065,000 bushels.
The property accounts for 11.6 acres with access from TX-207 and County Rd. N. Along with the elevators and bins, there are also a 4,500 sq. ft quonset barn, 858 sq. ft. office building, and underground scales.
