From the south at Knoxville, go north on I-75 to Exit 141 (Huntsville/Oneida/Pioneer). From the north at Lexington, go south on I-75 and take Exit 160 (Jellico) at the TN-KY state line. Google maps directions: enter "5075 Newcomb Pike Pioneer, TN 37847" and the entrance to the 22 acres is .45 mi down the hill toward Jellico and on the east side of the highway from that address. Park at the locked green farm gate and walk the road to see the property. Please note: no 911 address yet exists for the property since no home is present on the land, but 5075 Newcomb Pike Pioneer, TN 37847 plus the .45 mi down the hill to the northeast will get you to the drive and gate. This parcel joins the highway before you get to the gate and is on the right side of the driveway as you enter.
