Access is excellent with one-quarter-mile of paved frontage along F-M Road 2057 and good internal woods roads. Timber on the tract consists of approximately 35 acres of pine sawtimber and 37 acres of well stocked loblolly pine plantation planted in 2002. Terrain is gently rolling. There is a small pond located on the tract. The tract provides excellent hunting and recreational opportunities with timber income available.
