A second docking structure is located directly on the island via a hand-dug canal for easy loading and unloading. Valid permits for septic systems and water have been secured and will be provided to the buyer upon purchase. Electricity can be provided via concealed underground lines that cross the creek separating Kings Grant Island and the mainland.
