The two wooden buildings each have two stalls & were custom made by a company called "Deer Creek Stables" and brought in on a truck. By the same token, they are also removable. With the exception of two stalls inside the metal building, all paddocks/stalls have electricity to them which owners use to plug in thermostat controlled heatable water buckets in the winter. There is not running hot water to the stalls. The two wooden buildings are "bug resistant" cedar wood with an interior of oak "kick-boards". They are stained to protect the wood.
Fencing includes Barbed Wire, Metal, Pipe, 3-Rail Wood, Slick/Smooth Wire.
All wooden fencing (the posts) are treated wood in cement for reinforced strength. The paddocks outside under the roof overhang along the metal building are fenced with what is called a welded on "galvanized steel no-climb fence" which is an injury proof type of horse fencing. It's approx., 5 feet tall. The partitions between those two paddocks are removable to allow for flexibility.
