Half mile north of the unincorporated settlement of Minnora, WV, turn onto Milo Road (Calhoun County Route 13) from WV Route 16. The WV 16/Milo Road intersection is near an abandoned school and identifiable by a historical marker for frontiersman, Mike Finks grave.

Milo Road, CR 13, ends in 2.5 miles at the intersection with Beech Road, Calhoun County Route 20. Notice the very large sycamore tree at the intersection and bear right on Beech Road. Drive down Beech Fork for about three quarters of a mile to the first house on the right. The access into the property is a gated road between the house and a small barn. A small stream originating on the property separates the house site from the right of way.
