The property has over a quarter mile frontage on the West Fork River. The land provides the opportunity for hunting, fishing, camping or even off-grid living for more adventurous souls.
In normal low-water conditions, the ford accessing the property can be walked across through water that is about ankle deep. Recent high-water events have impacted the stream crossing. Currently vehicular access is limited to foot, ATV or UTV traffic and absolutely should not be attempted by a regular vehicle.
