The well-apportioned hunting cabin features 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, satellite TV, and great room, all with central heat and air conditioning. A skinning shed and walk-in cooler sits adjacent to the house and four-wheeler shed and across from the target shooting range.

All areas of the property are accessed via well-constructed roads and trails. The approximately 20 miles of roads and bridges, food plots, 100-acre duck impoundments, and clubhouse/grounds are kept in order by a gentleman caretaker living adjacent to the gated entrance. Owners enjoy private boat access in Muller Lake and the Congaree River via two concrete boat ramps. The club shares 33 covered deer stands, and there is plenty more room for additional private ones. This club is well managed and ready for you to enjoy the outdoors without all the burdens of single-party ownership.

The Muller Lake property is to continue in perpetuity as a premier retreat and is protected from worldly changes by a WRP/Conservation Easement on the bulk of the acreage. Options for future individual cabin sites have been reserved should any members wish to construct a private family retreat. Club rules are adequate and flexible to allow for family members and guest safety and mutual enjoyment. Shares in the LLC are non-divisible and cannot be encumbered as defined in the organization's Operating Agreement. This group has a good structure and will be a club in which you will be proud to be a member.
