This land has some beautiful hardwood sawtimber and pine that has been thinned to a
plantation stand. Lots of 13 year old regen to take up the space in between. Great food
plots line the many roads accessing the property. A huge powerline on the back side has
a creek that intersects it at the bottom. Plenty of deer and turkeys with a great spot
for a dove field too. There are wild blueberries covering this tract.
From Columbia: Take Hwy 176 toward St. Matthews. Turn left on Old Swamp Road and proceed
for 1.9 miles. Turn right on Haigs Hill Road and follow for mile. The tract begins in
front of you.
