This property has a 15 year old pine plantation that is heavily stocked with pine pulpwood nearing time for a first thinning. The pine pulpwood averages 8 in diameter and about 35 to 40 feet tall. This timber offers both a great short term and long term timber investment. It is also an ideal tract for family hunting and recreation.
