A partitioned high pen facility is located on the ranch and features ten pens, two holding areas in the middle of the facility, a 14 wide driving alley around three sides of the pen facility, 14 wide gates throughout for ease of transferring animals from pen to pen within the facility. Each pen has a 10x20 steel square-beam framed shelter, with galvalume sides and top, and one or more water lines plumbed thereto.
