Comanche Flats Ranch is a 355-acre recreational ranch located just 10 minutes outside of Lockhart, Texas, which is rich in Texas history. This is the area where Edward Burleson and his Texas Rangers, led by Major General Felix Huston, fought the Comanche Indians at the Battle of Plum Creek in a campaign to reclaim the Republic of Texas.
