TOPOGRAPHY: Approximately 105 acre natural habitat. Large willows and cottonwoods are surrounded by bull rush, tule stands, roosting islands and more. The property has been mapped for easy 360 degree access via atv. Park and a short walk to your blind. High water flooding doesnt occur every year in the Butte Sink, but it is a common occurrence.
