The ranch was restored by California Waterfowl Association in 1999 and contains over 380 acres of managed seasonal wetlands habitat, 350 acres of uplands dedicated to waterfowl and pheasants. There are 18 acres of walnuts and a 2-acre bass pond.

The surrounding yard is manicured and has many large trees, is fully grassed and leads to a boat dock along with a driving tee that delivers to two greens across the lake. There is a rope swing into the lake and also a viewing platform with a zip line.
INCOME: The ranch does have some minimal income in the way of 18 acres of planted walnuts. The orchard was developed in 2013. The trees are just starting to produce and will produce income for the next 20 years. This income offsets some of the clubs costs.
