from the Grace Garland exit (No. 207) go east to Garland on Hank Williams Road and turn left on Shows Rd. Go about 1.5 miles north on Shows Rd and turn left at the Rigsby Investment Co. for-sale sign and go west to the land. There is a newly improved woods road to the land. It is surrounded by timber company land, so the boundaries are all painted yellow. The land east of I-65 is in bottomland hardwood and upland pine and hardwood. It has a heavy population of heavy weight deer.
