+/-298 acres of fertile cropland available in the Brazos River bottom, this tract currently and historically has been farmed as a mixture of corn and cotton. The tract has good frontage along both FM 50 and CR 277 in Burleson County with great access from both roads. Two shallow wells being fed from the Brazos Alluvium Aquifer are each capable of pumping 400 GPM, not currently in use but have been in the past.
