Turkey Creek Ranch has a gently rolling landscape as you enter the property. Mesquite flats run in between the scattered oak country that gives the property a great mix of open space and think cover that whitetails and other wildlife need to thrive.
10 acres of food plots strategically placed provide quality forage for deer and other wildlife.
WILDLIFE
White-tailed deer have been at the forefront of the management plan for Turkey Creek Ranch with the introduction of superior genetic deer, intense harvest recommendations, and a supplemental feed program. These essential management practices have produced a healthy herd of high-quality deer. The ranch also boasts a healthy population of Rio Grand turkeys and excellent dove hunting over a 2-acre native sunflower field.
IMPROVEMENTS
Turkey Creek Ranch is entirely high-fenced with 2 well-constructed water gaps to withstand the high flow of Turkey Creek during significant rain events.
