From Brownwood or Early, take Hwy 183 North just past May to FM 583. Take a left on FM 583 (west) approx. 7.2 miles to just past the community of Williams and take CR 433. Take CR 433 to .2 of a mile to CR 120 and turn left (south). Follow CR 120 approx. 1.25 miles to the entrance into property on the right (west) side of CR 120. Additional southern tracts are on the south side of CR 120 and on both sides of CR 118.

To get to the northern tract, take FM 583 to CR 428. This northern tract has FM 583 as the eastern boundary, CR 428 as the northern boundary and FM 2940 as a southern boundary. This tract is the north and western of the block.
