The ranch is divided into 4 pastures so you can rotate livestock and has a nice coastal field out in front of the cabin/barn. Water is available in each of the 4 pastures with excellent surface tanks (5 total). Two of the tanks are stocked with bass and catfish providing you with plenty of fishing opportunities. The land has fantastic cover with mesquites, post oaks, elms, and some live oaks along with native brush providing the wildlife with the ideal habitat. The terrain is rolling and has a couple of seasonal draws running through the land giving great run off to the tanks. The fences are very good and blinds and feeders have been set up throughout the ranch in strategic places to give you the best hunting opportunities.

The cabin/barn is located near the front corner of the property and overlooks the coastal field and has the view of a hill behind the field. A covered porch area is a great spot to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The cabin is a metal structure with central heat and air, bathroom, bedroom, living/kitchen area..all the comforts of home for you to enjoy. Half the building is cabin or living area and the other half is storage for your supplies and 4 wheelers with roll up doors on each end for convenience of use. A covered parking area is attached behind the shop area for vehicles or equipment storage. Rural water, electric, and septic are all in place at the cabin. A rainwater collection system also provides a water source for the yard area and a water trough.
