This slightly rolling property boasts some great views, a large stock tank and one smaller stock tank. There are lots of oaks & mesquite trees and native pasture grasses. The place is mostly open pastures with scattered oaks and mesquites and a draw through the middle. There is thicker brush on the east side and through the middle along the draw or wet weather creek. The large tank still has water and the owner says the smaller tank has never gone dry as long as theyve owned the property. This would be a great place for recreation or building a home overlooking the lower elevation. Its a great place for deer, turkey, dove & hogs. Property has county road frontage on two sides and electricity is present. Land is considered to be in the Pioneer Community but would be in the Cross Plains school district.
From Cross Plains take Hwy 279 S to Cty Rd 415 on the left. Follow county road until it Ts, take a left. Approx 1/2 mile look for white gates on the right w/Trinity Liveoak signs. This is the northernmost boundary.
