Shell Wind Energy, Inc signed a 7-year option agreement to lease this property. Details of this option agreement will be provided to qualified buyers who sign a non-disclosure agreement with Shell Wind Energy. The owner of the property is willing to convey all wind energy rights and all minerals rights presently owned by property owner.
This property is an irrigated farm with 7 wells with submersible electric motors and pumps. The land is farmed by a tenant that row waters approximately half of the acres each year. It is located on the north side of CR A approximately 1 west of Hwy 207.
