The proposed location for commercial development property is a wooded triangular site
with approximately 692 linear feet of frontage located in the County of Brevard FL and the
City of Cocoa. In the immediate surrounding areas are residents, shopping, banking, post
office, fast food, and an animal hospital all located on the heavily traveled Highway State
