The ranch is located two miles south of West Columbia and 55 miles south of Houston. It has both HWY 36 & CR 522 frontage. Approximately 40% of the property is heavily wooded with the balance selectively cleared, leaving many huge oak trees and planted with improved pasture grass. It is presently used as a commercial cattle operation. There are two homes on the property with electricity.
