This property is six tracts of timberland and hunting properties in Bradley and Cleveland County, Arkansas. The property is a total of 204.3 acres in six separate tracts. There are three in Bradley County and three in Cleveland County. All tracts must be purchased in one transaction. There are varying levels of timberland from marketable timber to small pulpwood. All properties offer excellent recreational deer hunting in south Arkansas. Two of the six tracts have excellent county road access. Most of the other tracts have forest road or trails to the properties, but no legal access. There are no timber deeds or hunting leases in place on the properties.
