MINERALS: The Sellers are reserving a Non-Participating Royalty Interest in owned Oil, gas and minerals for 10 years from date of Deed.
POSSESSION: Buyer will have full possession on closing subject to the Sellers expenses (spraying cost) in the summer fallowed land, and possibly on the land seeded to wheat for the 2018 harvest. Full possession of the Stubble Land is available for a possible Spring Crop or next years Fall seeding. The current Owner is interested in Custom Farming the land for the new Buyer.
